​​器や急須など用途をもつ作品と、用途を超えた造形作品の制作を往復しながら、流れるような美しさと構造的な緊張感を見出そうとしている。

急須や湯呑みといった器は、道具であると同時に、触れることで感覚を洗練させる彫刻的な存在にもなり得ると考え、素材の持つ特性と魅力に向き合いながら、静けさと品位を湛えた佇まいを追求している。​

I am currently based in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, working as a ceramic artist.

I create both functional works such as teapots and cups, and sculptural pieces that go beyond utility, exploring flowing beauty and structural tension within form.

I believe that vessels like teapots and yunomi are not only tools for daily life, but also tactile sculptures that refine the senses through touch.

By engaging closely with the material’s inherent qualities and expressions, I pursue quiet forms that embody stillness and dignity.
